Dr. C. Dale Sullivan, Jr.
Dr. Dale Sullivan, Jr. grew up watching his father and grandfather excel in the field of dentistry, and upon graduating from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 1996, he joined them as a professional peer in their field. In his spare time, Dr. Sullivan enjoys spending time with his friends and family, waterskiing, watching football and fly fishing.
Dental Hygienists
Amy Harrington, RDH
Amy has worked at Sullivan Family Dentistry since 1999 as a Registered Dental Hygienist. A Nashville-native and graduate of Tennessee State University, Amy loves the close relationships she has developed with our patients and fellow team members over the years. Together Amy and her husband Greg have a daughter, Kate, and Great Pyrenees dog, Hope. In their spare time, they enjoy hiking, canoeing, and going to the beach for vacation.
Denise Draper, RDH
Denise has worked at Sullivan Family Dentistry since 2015. She is one of our skilled registered dental hygienists who perform regular cleanings for patients at the practice. A graduate of Vanderbilt University's Expanded Function Dental Hygiene program, as well as Aquinas College for her undergraduate degree, Denise calls Nashville home with her daughter Josie.
Dental Assistants
Ruthie Sullivan Fleenor, RDA
Ruthie is our excellent Registered Dental Assistant and provides crucial support for our practice operations and to our patients. She is the daughter of Dr. Sullivan, Sr., sister of Dr. Sullivan, Jr.—so she is extremely experienced in working with our dentists and keeping it in the family! Ruthie's kind heart, warm personality and sense of humor helps our patients feel at home and comfortable during procedures. Ruthie and her husband Todd have been married for 41 years, and together have four grown children, three daughters-in-law and one son-in-law—Todd and Meagan, Hunter and Natalie, Glenn and Samantha, and Ruth and Jonathan. She also has five grandchildren. In her spare time, Ruthie enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, genealogy, and kayaking.

Beth Stuart
Beth is the first face that will greet you when you visit our office. She has been a part of our team since 1999 as our Office Manager, and she is known by her consistent joy and enthusiasm in welcoming our patients to the office. Beth is a cousin to the Sullivan family, and has been a patient of the practice for as long as she can remember. In addition to working with family, some of her favorite things about working at Sullivan Family Dentistry include interacting with our amazing patients, and being in an environment where we strive to provide the highest quality care and service. Beth lives in Ashland City with her husband Mike, and they have two sons and two grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys relaxing with family and friends, reading, walking and being out in nature. Beth has a new puppy that is 7 months old Named Maisey Grace. You can sometimes catch her in the office on Thursdays.
