Dr. C. Dale Sullivan, Sr.
Dr. Dale Sullivan, Sr. inherited Sullivan Family Dentistry from his father, Richard Hugh Sullivan who started it all in 1932. He has been a dentist with our practice since 1968, upon graduating from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tenn. Dr. Sullivan served as President of the Nashville Dental Society from 2004-2005. In 2000, Dr. Sullivan was elected for Fellowship in the College with the American College of Dentists in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Dr. Sullivan has been married to his wife Anna for 55 years, and together have three children (Anna Sullivan Bright, Ruthie Sullivan Fleenor and C. Dale Sullivan, Jr.) and nine grandchildren. Dr. Sullivan celebrated his 50th year anniversary working as a dentist in summer of 2017. Dr. Sullivan retired in November 2017 and was recently recognized at the 2018 Tennessee Dental Association annual conference for his many years of service. He retired to take care of his Wife Anna, who passed away in July of 2019. He now keeps himself busy baking home made pies and bread along with spending time with family.
