Ways to Pay Your Bill
We now have several convenient options for you to pay your bill. Take a look at our options below, and as always, please don't hesitate to call us if you have any questions.
In Person
You can always drop by the office during regular business hours and we will be happy to settle your bill in person. Our address is 2000 Richard Jones Rd., Suite 107; our office hours are Monday & Wednesday 9 AM - 6 PM, and Tuesday & Thursday 8 AM - 4 PM.
Over the Phone
Unable to make it by the office? Give our office manager Beth Stuart a call at 615-298-1651 and she can take your credit card information over the phone. We do not keep any card numbers on file, so you will need to call us each time to make a payment.
Online via NexHealth
We offer an option to make secure payments online through NexHealth. You can pay online with any major credit card. Follow the instructions to the right to make your payment online.
Pay with your Care Credit Card
We now accept Care Credit health care cards. These credit cards are specific to healthcare providers, and can be used at multiple locations such as the Doctors office, Veterinarians, or even at the Chiropractor. If you have a Care Credit card already and would like to use it for your bill you can click the Pay Your Bill button.
To pay online:

Click the "Pay Now" button below. You will be redirected to the NexHealth Payment screen.

Fill out your information and you will then be asked to verify via Text number.

Then you can put what it was for and the amount of your statement.
